La vida de mamá es todo un proceso complejo, a veces inexplicable y difícil de sobrellevar, pero, sin duda alguna, una de las etapas más bonitas de vivir y sentir en la vida de una mujer.
Cuidar y criar a nuestros hijos, guiarlos por el buen camino, educarlos para que sean personas de bien, es más que una obligación. Es una gran responsabilidad que debemos llevar y conducir, de la mejor manera, aún y cuando sea a veces, un tiempo complicado pero necesario por vivir.
La educación es uno de esos aspectos fundamentales que debemos saber ejecutar de la forma correcta y que mejor favorezca a nuestros hijos. Culminaron las vacaciones y es hora de regresar al colegio. Los deberes, levantarse temprano, retomar la disciplina diaria, es un reto después de los días de obligatorio descanso para nuestros hijos y por supuesto, para nosotros.

Muchas veces, se nos torna difícil este regreso a la rutina escolar, tanto para nuestros pequeños, como para nosotros mismos. Sin embargo, es obligatorio retomar el curso de las actividades y hacerlo de la mejor manera, a fin de no generar traumas ni estrés para ninguna de las partes.
Debemos comenzar por volver al horario tanto para el irse a dormir, como también para las comidas. Es un punto muy importante.
También, la hora de levantarse, debe irse retomando y que sea en horario temprano, comenzando paulatinamente hasta lograr el horario adecuado cuando es tiempo de regresar a las clases.
Unas semanas antes, se debe establecer el horario para realizar actividades de lectura y escritura, pues es importante que vuelvan a familiarizarse con las actividades académicas antes de que se inicien las clases de manera formal.
