Сьогодні хочу доторкнутися до образу такого птаха, як Лебідь, за допомогою картини Леонардо да Вінчі - Леда та Лебідь.
Таким чином, я розповім давньо-грецький міф повʼязаний з цією пташкою і налаштуюся на ту складну символіку, якою наділяється лебідь…

В центрі картини, ми бачимо загадкову красуню Леду. Леда - жінка короля Спарти Тіндарея.
Міф розповідає, що Зевс, зачарований вродою Леди, з'явився перед нею в постаті лебедя, в той час коли красуня купалася в річці, і зґвалтував її, після чого Леда…знесла яйця… (від лебедя, можна отримати потомство лише таким чином😌), з котрих зʼявилося дві пари діточок - Елена з Клітемністрою та брати Близнюки Полідевк та Кастор.
Всі символи, передані вище вказують на дуальність природи.
At the center of the painting, we see the enigmatic beauty Leda. Leda was the wife of King Tyndareus of Sparta. The myth tells us that Zeus, captivated by Leda's beauty, appeared before her in the form of a swan while she was bathing in a river and seduced her. As a result of this union, Leda laid eggs (swans can only reproduce in this manner 😌), from which emerged two pairs of children - Helen with Clytemnestra, and the twins Polydeuces and Castor. All the symbols mentioned above point to the duality of nature.
Згадування води - показує стихію, котра наділена властивістю відображати зображення, що споріднює її з дзеркалом, за допомогою котрого ми звикли, бачити себе з іншої сторони.
Спосіб народження потомства, також несе у собі подвійність, спочатку зʼявляється яйце, з котрого з часом вилуплюються діточки, та й сам лебідь водоплаваючий птах, що і плаває і літає, також несе в собі цю властивість…( більше про дуальність лебедя, планую написати в одному з наступних дописів)…
З лівого боку ми бачимо дві пари малюків, та рештки скарлупи з двох яєць, що дає нам розуміння того, що ці діточки однояйцеві близнюки.
Діти Леди різної статі, 2 хлопчики та дві дівчинки…
Хлопчики - всім відомі брати Кастор і Полідевк - котрі були перенесені на зіркове небо, та являються представниками зодіакального сузірʼя Близнюки ♊️

Leda's children are of different genders, two boys and two girls...
The boys - well-known brothers Castor and Polydeuces - who were transferred to the celestial heavens and represent the constellation Gemini ♊️.

Це космогонічний міф, який ілюструє походження світу з космічного яйця.
Тому, в цій картині, так багато символів, що вказують на дуальність світобудови.

У образі Леди і Лебедя я вбачаю гріхопадіння духу в матерію…
