Я був впевнений, що росіяни саме так і будуть чинити. Після чергової поразки на фронті та позорної втечі з окупованих ними територій, від відчаю та злоби, вони як завжди можуть здійснити терористичні атаки по житлових кварталах та по цивільній інфраструктурі. Так воно і сталось . Втікаючи від ЗСУ, росіяни залишили велику кількість військової техніки та боєприпасів, але як завжди не забули захопити під час втечі награбоване в українців майно. А так, як росіяни ще й досі вважають себе 2-ю армією світу, то вирішили помститись за свою поразку. В якості помсти вони здійснили численні атаки по цивільній інфраструктурі , щоб залишити українців без світла, води, тепла, транспортного сполучення.
У посольстві США назвали атаку РФ на об’єкти інфраструктури очевидною відповіддю на успіхи ЗСУ на фронті.
Через учорашні масовані обстріли з боку РФ було знеструмлено 40 підстанцій і сотні тисяч домогосподарств.
Цю російську атаку у Міненерго назвали одним із найбільш масових обстрілів енергетичної інфраструктури з початку повномасштабного вторгнення РФ.
Сотні тисяч українців залишались без світла на Полтавщині, Дніпропетровщині, Харківщині, Сумщині, Донеччині.
Але мене надихає швидкість відновлення інфраструктури. Вже за 40 хвилин світло почало повертатись в оселі українців. Всі основні лінії було заживлено вже за 4,5 години.
Нажаль, під час цієї терористичної атаки загинули четверо енергетиків, троє було поранено.
Президент Володимир Зеленський у зв’язку з подіями звернувся до росіян: «Холод, голод, темрява й спрага – для нас не так страшно й смертельно, як ваші «дружба й братерство».
Можливо це співпадіння, а можливо закономірність, саме 11 вересня була здійснена терористична атака на території США. Теракт, який здійснила «Аль-Каїда», став найбільшим в історії за кількістю жертв; інфраструктура зазнала збитків на суму не менше 10 млрд доларів США.
Після терористичного акту в США , керівництво Сполучених штатів без вагань визнало «Аль-Каїду» терористичною організацією та відразу відкрило полювання на її лідера. Не можу зрозуміти, чому сьогодні Америка ще досі вагається, щодо визнання Росії країною- терористом. Я не бачу жодної відмінності між подіями 11 вересня 2001 року в Америці та терористичними атаками росії 11 вересня 2022 року по інфраструктурі України.

So it happened. Fleeing from the Armed Forces, the Russians left behind a large amount of military equipment and ammunition, but as always, they did not forget to seize the property looted from the Ukrainians during the flight. And since the Russians still consider themselves the 2nd army in the world, they decided to take revenge for their defeat. In retaliation, they carried out numerous attacks on civilian infrastructure to leave Ukrainians without electricity, water, heat, and transportation.
The US Embassy called the Russian attack on infrastructure facilities an obvious response to the successes of the Armed Forces at the front.
As a result of yesterday's massive shelling by the Russian Federation, 40 substations and hundreds of thousands of households were cut off.
The Ministry of Energy called this Russian attack one of the most massive attacks on energy infrastructure since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.
Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians remained without electricity in Poltava Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, Sumy Oblast, Donetsk Oblast.
But I am inspired by the speed of infrastructure recovery. Within 40 minutes, the light began to return to the homes of Ukrainians. All main lines were restored in 4.5 hours.
Unfortunately, during this terrorist attack, four energy workers were killed and three were injured.
In connection with the events, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the Russians: "Cold, hunger, darkness and thirst are not as scary and deadly for us as your "friendship and brotherhood".
Perhaps this is a coincidence, or perhaps a regularity, it was on September 11 that a terrorist attack was carried out on the territory of the United States. The terrorist attack carried out by "Al-Qaeda" became the largest in history in terms of the number of victims; infrastructure suffered losses in the amount of at least 10 billion US dollars.
After the terrorist act in the USA, the leadership of the United States recognized Al-Qaeda as a terrorist organization without hesitation and immediately launched a hunt for its leader. I cannot understand why today America still hesitates to recognize Russia as a terrorist country. I don't see any difference between the events of September 11, 2001 in America and the Russian terrorist attacks on the infrastructure of Ukraine on September 11, 2022.
