As You know, Stress, anxiety and excitement are common experiences for most people, which they face every day. In fact, 70% of adults in the United States say they experience a lot of stress or anxiety on a daily basis. in this Article, I want to Point out to 10 great solutions To deal with stress, You can do more researchings on these Point and help yourself to deal or help others to learn how to do so:

  1. Listen to music
    Research by scientists shows that listening to music helps reduce and relieve stress. Quiet, non-verbal music is best for this.

  2. Breathing exercises
    Breathing exercises or special exercises are effective for opening the muscles as well as yoga. Yoga is a sport that requires energy and concentration and may be difficult at first glance, but it calms the person and helps his balance. One of the important points is continuity in doing exercises.

  3. Walking in the green space
    Walking in green and open space is very effective in relieving stress. Seeing trees and green space usually calms the human soul and the stressed brain is revived by fresh air.

  4. Companionship with friends
    When a person is stressed, he often forgets that worries and pressures can be shared with friends and relatives. Meeting and talking with friends is usually effective in reducing and relieving stress and causes a person to look at things with a different and fresh perspective.

  5. Bath or hot tub
