Tres hábitos que me lleva a ser feliz, tener buen descanso, disfrutar del placer de vivir fluyendo con las circunstancias que se presentan para tomar decisiones y respetar los procesos de los demás.

Soy vegetariana desde hace 34 años, por convicción, porque mi cuerpo lo venía indicando desde pequeña, porque tiene mucho sentido para mi vida respetar a los animalitos, porque lo disfruto. Ya forma parte de mi vida cotidiana por un hábito adquirido que afecta positivamente a mi salud.

Soy montañista! Un hábito que se fortaleció desde hace 7 años, después del fallecimiento de mi mamá; fue una manera de honrar la existencia de mis padres. Y quienes han experimentado las largas caminatas con un morral, carpa, cocinilla y comida, para luego disfrutar el placer de las montañas, las cumbres, los paisajes, etc, saben que es indescriptible la emoción y el crecimiento personal que se evidencia ante el hecho de ser montañista, senderista, excursionista!
