A few days ago I went to Aguallueve which belongs to the town of Anento from which I also visited this small but great village full of charm. It still belongs to the province of Zaragoza, to the region of Daroca but it is very very close to Teruel.That's Anento on the right, the mission? Pass through Aguallueve (it will be the first photos you will see) and then end up in the beautiful village of Anento.
Hace algunos días fui a Aguallueve que pertenece a la localidad de Anento de la cual también visité ese pequeño pero gran pueblo lleno de encanto. Pertenece todavía a la provincia de Zaragoza, a la comarca de Daroca peeero está muy muy cerquita de Teruel.Eso que se ve a la derecha, es Anento. ¿La misión? Pasar por Aguallueve (será las primeras fotos que verás) para luego terminar en el hermoso pueblo de Anento.
The truth is that at the beginning of the route you have to go down some stairs that seem endless. It was very windy and very cold at the beginning of the route. Once you get to the bottom, you find this amazing mini lake:
La verdad es que al comienzo de la ruta tienes que bajar unas escaleras que parecen interminables. Hacía mucho viento y mucho frío al comienzo de la ruta. Una vez que se llega hasta abajo del todo, encuentras este alucinante mini lago:
Once past the mini lake, you walk along a route surrounded by more nature and greenery.
Una vez pasado el mini lago, caminas por una ruta rodeado de más naturaleza y verde.
The truth was that it gave me peace to walk, stepping on the leaves and looking at the tall trees... there were many nuts along the way and the truth is that I took a bite of some nuts... did you know that the nut picked from the ground just fallen from the tree tastes more nutty than the nut taken from the bag of nuts? Curious...
La verdad que me daba paz el caminar, pisando las hojas y mirando los árboles tan altos.. había muchas nueces por el camino y la verdad que a alguna nuez le di un bocado.. ¿sabías que saben más a nuez la nuez recogida del suelo recién caída del arbol que la nuez sacada de la bolsa de nueces? Curioso..
Durante el camino también encontré algo muy típico de lo que estoy viendo por la península. Es como musgo y de ahí sale agua a gotas.. no sé si tendrá nombre exactamente pero es un fenómeno que en las canarias sólo encuentras en las rocas cerca del mar pero aquí.. en las montañas, básicamente. ¡Me parece alucinante!

Era curioso ver como luego caminando encontrabas huertos con bastante cosecha producto de la llegada del otoño y con cosechas del verano.. y apenas vallado. Demasiada confianza.

It looks like a brick tower with bars and inside some religious entity, or so I think. It was like a virgin inside a tower with many ribbons of the mantle of the virgin of the pillar tied in the bars... I did not get to see very well what was inside because it was clear that it was a deity but I did not know if it was a man or woman... by the halo around it and observing the Virgen del Pilar... I think it is a duplicate of the virgin for that little town of Aguallueve whose orchards were open some and others with mini fences.
Se ve como una torre de ladrillos con rejas y dentro alguna entidad religiosa, o eso creo. Era como una virgen dentro de una torre con muchos lazos del manto de la virgen del pilar atados en las rejas.. no llegué a ver muy bien qué es lo que había dentro porque se veía claramente que era una deidad pero no sabía si tan si quiera era un hombre o mujer.. por el halo de que tiene alrededor y observando a la Virgen del Pilar.. creo que es un duplicado de la virgen para ese pueblito de Aguallueve cuyos huertos estaban abiertos algunos y otros con mini vallas.
I go deeper and finally reach the village of Anento, the truth is to follow a path and you do not know if this village will have inhabitants or not ... but I find a lady with a baby in her arms and her husband approaches her so happy with many persimmons. They were small khakis, quite small.... The only persimmon I picked had a tragic end... it ended up crushed.I also found a resident there cleaning her carpet so...inhabitant, at least one lady, has this nice town.
Voy adentrándome y llego finalmente al pueblo de Anento, la verdad que es seguir un sendero y no sabes si ese pueblo tendrá habitantes o no... pero encuentro una señora con un bebé en brazos y se le acerca su marido tan feliz con muchos caquis. Eran unos caquis pequeños, bastante pequeños.. Tuvo trágico final el único caqui que cogí.. terminó aplastado. También encontré una residente de allí limpiando su alfombra a si que..habitante, por lo menos una señora, tiene este bonito pueblo.

Starting to walk, you find many ashtrays attached to the wall.
Empezando a caminar, encuentras muchos ceniceros adjuntados a la pared.

It's funny because it was totaaaally deserted, there were cats that greeted you and you came to think if maybe they were souls in animals because they looked at you as if they were the defenders of the mini city. Watching every detail until you approached... either to run away or to be petted but... they ended up letting you go into the town.
Es curioso porque estaba totaaaalmente desierto, había gatos que te recibían y llegaba a pensar si quizás eran almas en animales porque te miraban como si fuesen los defensores de la mini ciudad. Observando cada detalle hasta que te acercas.. ya sea para huir o para que le acaricies pero.. terminaban dejándote adentrarte por el pueblo.
However, because of the green that climbs the walls of the buildings, I refused to admit it.
Habían como dos bares pero.. todo está desierto. Cerrado y sin vida. Sin embargo, por lo verde que trepa los muros de los edificios me negaba admitirlo.
It seemed curious to me because in this town where silence or the purring of cats reigned more, there was life. In these walls is a sample of the memory that I found so curious:

Now writing these lines and rummaging through the photo album I remembered that I had this photo of the doctor's office. I was curious, to put a face to this name and surname, I found out about it through this page who had died for COVID but was well loved by the villagers..
Ahora escribiendo estas líneas y rebuscando en el álbum de fotos he recordado que tenía esta foto de la consulta del médico. Me picó la curiosidad, por ponerle cara a este nombre y apellidos, me enteré a través de esta página que había muerto por COVID pero era muy querido por los aldeanos..

Walking through the cobblestone streets, among so many, I saw this and I found it the most beautiful, too, is the tourist office surrounded by green and on a plaque to his right that indicated the truth; ''.... Beautiful of Spain. Anento.'' That plaque was right.
Caminando por las calles adoquinadas, entre tantas, vi esto y me pareció lo más bonito, también, es la oficina de turismo rodeado de verde y en una placa a su derecha que indicaba la verdad; ''.. Bonitos de España. Anento.'' Esa placa tenía razón.
Walking you have to go up some stairs by the characteristic reddish mountain that in the first photo was very clearly seen. As I walked along, up that mountain surrounded by stairs, I turned around, looked back despite the wind ruffling my hair and freezing me by the strong wind and I simply found it beautiful and how small it looked. In the house on the right where it looks like a net, they were birds ''in freedom'' fluttering all over that yard. Isn't it curious?
Caminando hay que ir subiendo unas escaleras por la montaña rojiza característico que en la primera foto se veía muy claramente. A medida que iba avanzando, subiendo esa montaña rodeada de escaleras, me giré, eché un vistazo atrás pese al viento alborotando mi cabello y helándome por el fuerte viento y sencillamente me pareció precioso y lo pequeño se veía. En la casa de la derecha donde se ve como una red, eran pájaros ''en libertad'' reboloteando en todo ese patio. ¿No es curioso?
When you get to the top, to the summit, there is this monument. I suppose in reference to the hawks that can be seen quite a lot around the place, flying over Anento in search of food, of the victim that will be.
Al llegar arriba, a la cima.. hay este monumento. Supongo que en referencia a los halcones que si que se ven bastante por el lugar, sobrevolando Anento en busca de comida, de la víctima que lo será.
Once I got to the top, I could only contemplate with other eyes, with another perspective, how different this little town inside the heart seems to be from being outside the heart and seeing it all from afar... it is simply beautiful.
Una vez llegada a la cima, sólo pude contemplar con otros ojos, con otra perspectiva lo diferente que parece todo este pueblito dentro del corazón a estar fuera del corazón y verlo todo desde lejos.. es sencillamente precioso.
It was quite a steep climb to get to this viewpoint..... I was scared, I won't deny it but hey, I'm still alive because you can read me from here. It was worth it. Thanks to you dear reader for joining me on this short adventure.... I hope there will be more!!!💜
