Nomad aan het IJ
This is the fantastic restaurant that @delishtreats suggested for our girls dinner. I think this may be the best restaurant that I have ever been too. While I am not a huge foodie, I do go out for nice dinners occasionally and have been to many really good restaurants. This one had everything that made it an amazing experience I give it a 10/10.

Location
The location was great, just look at this view.
I walked from Central Station and it was a pleasant 15 minute walk.
There were Great views of the IJ River and the Eye Museum. Which was fun as it where we met the first day of HiveFest.
While the walk to the public transportation is not far am very grateful for Stefan driving us back to our hotels.
Atmosphere
It was a beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere. We spent 4 hours and were all surprised at the end of the night that it had been that long.
The reason it is called Nomad is because the dishes are from all over the world. The courses are made with in-season ingredients and we get to guess where the dish is from. It was such a fun experience!
Price
For a 5 course menu it costs $62 EUR and $60 USD, which I think is well worth the money that we paid for the quality and uniqueness of the food, the wonderful attention of the staff, and the fun experience.
Staff
I think that the staff was my favorite part of the restaurant. The people that brought our food out to us and had us guess were genuinely interested in us. One even remembered @delishtreats from a couple of months previous.
The owner was awesome! You can tell he loves his restaurant and wants people to have a wonderful culinary experience. He took a picture with us and talked a little about how he wants people to slow down and enjoy each other.
Then he did shots with the other girls. I have never had that kind of attention at a restaurant. He also brought us our appetizer and dessert.
He wants to serve and meet the people that come to his restaurant!
Taste
It was great food and so much fun to taste food from all over the world. Here are the 5 courses, what they are and where they are from.
@delishtreats is vegan and she had equally as amazing food, some times different, sometimes the same and sometimes slightly modified.

Nomad was an ideal restaurant for four ladies from all over the world to get together and talk, laugh, eat great food and enjoy each other's company.
