Hello, all, and welcome to my travel blog. In this blog, I am going to write about my recent trip to Bandipur and its localities. The location was selected by my uncle, and I have no idea what the place looks like, so this is like a family trip for me, my sister, my elder sister, and his uncle, so 4 of us went on the trip, so the photo in the blog is going to be entirely filled with how we spent the journey.
First of all, we didn't use or experience any DSLR cameras before, but my sister arranged for a DSLR camera from her reference and took it for the trip, so I tried my best to capture the photos with that DSLR camera and try to spot some of the wild deer, as you can see in the above images. The spot was exactly at our residence, where we stayed. It was a nice resort, and they provided a 2-night stay along with night dinner, which is super luxurious, but I think it was that costly too.
This is our entire plan for the day on day one We started from Tirupur, and we reached the Bandipur resort around 9 o'clock We just checked in at hotel and slept the next morning only we start to plan where to go and how to go so we went with the car so we have no worry about an locomotion and here is the plan and execution of our Google map timeline for your reference. We founded using holiday booking trip site, they have recommended with a high ratings so on bases of that we choose this restaurant as a good one for our trip
In the nearby distance of 20 km, we found one good place to visit: there is a Lord Muruga temple. I suggested my uncle go for the spot, so we decided to go, and all offers got ready in the early morning. We started towards the temple, which is located at the top of the hill, so our private vehicles won't be allowed to go we have to fork our vehicle in the bottom of the hill. From there itself there is a check post that police will cross check and they only allow us to go for the temple in the top of the hill by bus provided by the Government of Karnataka.
The good thing here is that we reached the temple around 1 o'clock since we had lots of things to do, like park the vehicle, get ready from the resort, get in the government bus to get uphill, and reach the destination at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. and luckily, we got lunch at a temple without any cost. you know, in many temples of India, they will provide a lunch feast in temple itself, which is run by the trust fund of temple, based on the donation received from the devotees for the temple.

One of the popular sightseeing places in Ooty to explore on your Ooty tour is the Theppakadu Elephant Camp. Situated on the banks of the river Moyar and a short stroll away from Mudumalai National Park, the Theppakadu Elephant Camp is the oldest elephant camp in Asia that invites tourists to spend a good amount of time with the largest land animal on earth in a controlled environment.
Established in the year 1972, the Theppakadu Elephant Camp offers shelter to 23 elephants that are trained, bathed, and fed within the premises. Here you can take the elephant rides in the morning and evening at a small fee along with enjoying the documentary that is screened in the English language to provide enough information about the elephants. Other than that, the authorities at the camp also organize the elephant show on Saturday and Sunday evenings every week for the entertainment of its visitors.
I had seen elephants in the forest when traversing the hill area or forest region, but I hadn't had the opportunity of viewing an elephant this close and enjoying itself without harming anybody, so this was an agreed-upon experience for me. I also visited a Mysore Zoo where we have an elephant, but it doesn't have a freedom of doing because it is a zoo, and they have to be in a certain criterion since it is in a forest area only training the elephants from all ages to the big one so it has a friendly relationship with the human not doing any harm, so this is a great thing.
Near the elephant camp, there is a park where many people enjoy spending time with their children after going to the elephant camp. We four started climbing on the various activities shown in the images and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
After a while, the fun began. My sister bought a biscuit named Dark Fantasy. She was holding the snack carelessly when monkeys appeared and took it from her hand, escaping with the biscuits. Here are some photographs I took of monkeys.
As time passed, the weather began to change, becoming foggy, so we decided to return to our resort, but we were tired of eating dinner at the resort, which did not suit our taste, so we went to another restaurant called Khans Gufa Resort, where we enjoyed our dinner very spicy and peacefully. After the trip, we stayed at the resort before safely returning home the next morning.
