From Municipality of Manticao going in this place, it takes 4 hours of traveling depends of the busy streets or roads. If we ride a private vehicle, it takes only a few hours before we arrived in the place. Sinulom adventure park is already one of the best tourist attractions here in Mindanao, in fact many tourist foriegn people are already here seeing and exploring the place.
This is the Sinulom water falls. There are lots of wildplants, animals and insects can be found here. It is one of the highest water falls here in Mindanao and it located in the heart of the jungle. There are also lots of hard and native trees can be seen here, and one of this is the Tugas and mahogany trees. It will keep preserving and not to cut so that it maintains the coolness of the place. Many wild birds can also found in here but they are only birching to highest tree near at the falls. Sinulom falls is one of the main attraction of the place, the crystal clear water still continuing to fall down from the highest ground and it creates rainbow sometimes.
This river connects to the said falls but last day, there was a heavy rain happens in this place and it creates the water into turbidity. There are lots of bigs and small stones in the place including its colors, shapes and forms. The river side and the cliffs are already covered with many trees and it serves as an animal sanctuary. This will help so that it can avoid soil erosions and any catastrophic situations happens during heavy rains and floods. The river contains a strong current and it flows down to Cagayan de Oro river. There are lots of Wild animals can found here and hides in bushes and big trees.
This hanging bridge is connected between the two places of Sinulom in the other side of the areas, we can found the clean pools just fir everyone. From the main entrance it takes a few minutes of walking adventure before we arrived at the pool. There are categories of the pool can located here. The hanging bridge is made up of steel with a cable wires on each side. The floors of the bridge is also made of flat metal bars and even motorcycles can also cross in here. Each poles is made of metals and the cable wires tied in the metal poles and poured with concrete.
This are the pools located in Sinulom adventure park. There a categories just for the children and there are also pools that fit for the adult people. Near at the pools is the Inn, where people can spend overnight here in this place. It was very fascinating to see because of the overview of the park. There are many kinds of ornamental plants that already planted here near in the structures and it addens the beauty of the place.
Cottages near at the pools is also very fascinating and attractive. It was just like a mushrooms growing if we sees from the distance. People relax and eat their snacks or lunch when they plan to go for a swim in the pools. Each cottage can fit 20 people, have a round tables and it is made of bamboos.
If we plan to buy souvenirs, they have also a souvenirs store located in of the premises. This place is also serve as the ticketing office and this is the place where we want a tickets to explore the other parts of the place here in Cagayan de Oro city. With that, the tourism transport vehicle will went and boarding all people who get some tickets in this place.
