This paradise on earth, where nature lovers like me can have great pleasure while sightseeing, is located in Karacaören village. The lake is located on the side of the road and its source is the Aksu stream. Karacaören Dam was built on the lake for irrigation and energy production. The lake is surrounded by lush green mountains and high hills. There are green areas where you can relax on the shore of the reservoir and facilities serving the guests. There are many spots where you can watch the lake. I went a little further from the side of the road and discovered an asphalt road on the right side leading to the mountain. I should see the lake and the beauties around it from this area known as the observation terrace.
