  • The area of the park is almost 45 hectares and it also includes huge grasslands, alleys and a couple of lakes. The park is popular with both locals and tourists.

  • Frognerparken has free access. According to statistics, this park is the most visited in Oslo.

If you are lucky enough to visit Oslo, we definitely recommend that you visit this incredible, beautiful, and inspiring park, where you can either have a picnic with friends or family or take a mental break alone. The nature here is incredible, especially in the fall, when everything seems to be painted with bright colors. At the same time, you have the opportunity to dive into the theme of this park, namely, the relationship between people.

Each sculpture consists of certain emotions: love, anger, peace, joy, happiness, sorrow... The list is endless, and everyone sees and feels something different, personal.

These sculptures have the meaning of everything human: the relationship between parents and children, real emotions, development, existence, different stages of life of each of us.

The most influential for us was the Monolith sculpture. The path to it goes through the entire park, then the majestic stairs, the iron fences with images of people, and finally the Monolith itself. The size is very impressive, and for several minutes we just stared at every part of this building from the bottom to the top. I actually saw our society here. Each of us depends on other people, our lives seem to be connected in the same way as this sculpture represents. To be strong and powerful like this statue, we have to unite and support each other, regardless of age, faith, gender, or nationality.

Of course, I couldn't pass by without taking a few dozen photos. The atmosphere was just unreal.

The nakedness of the sculptures made us think about honesty, in the sense of truth and purity. What could be more important in various relationships between people than truth and honesty. A healthy society cannot be built without these important factors.

This lake is home to ducks, they are very friendly and not afraid of people at all. The flowerbeds and lawns will also pleasantly surprise you, we really liked these autumn flowers, they added more charm to this majestic park.
