What I cant understand is how much time these superyachts spend just sitting around! hundreds of millions just bobbing around doing nothing! Most of them are nothing more that instruments for lowering taxes.
Its not even the anywhere near the most expensive marina in Europe (except for the week of the Grand Prix), that honour goes to the island of Capri.
I believe its about 10 Euros per metre per night but the problem is always booking long enough in advance.
