Hello, I hope you are well ☺️ Today I want to tell you a little more about these incredible walkways ☺️ Since I started this walkway I realized that it is not only a walk that is good for you physically but also good for your memory and imagination ☺️
Along the route we were left speechless for those landscapes and the sound of the waterfalls was wonderful.
The route made entirely of wood that guides us along the way is completely safe, the crossing is always along the river and is 18 km long. The sound of the river is soft and complements the serenity of the environment.
Along the route there are huge places that are an obligatory stop. The Vizela Pedestrian Bridge. This bridge offers an incredible view of the river and everything around it. It's an incredible place for a snack break.
One of the very positive aspects is that here it seems that we are all cugneted. It seems that technology has become distant, so I used my cell phone to take some photos but I didn't even have the NET turned on. It is a place to renew ourselves and not one we want to do in the near future. As I walk, I find a sense of well-being that nature can provide.
Of course, there were several paths afterwards, we chose to go a different way, as we are thinking about coming here again and finding a waterfall hidden in the middle of the vegetation, a treasure.
Along the way I also met people from that region (who live there) and they tell really cool stories. An elderly man stopped to talk to us and said how happy he was as a child playing near the Vizela River.

Ola, espero que estejam bem ☺️ Hoje venho vos falar mais um pouco sobre estes passadiÇos incriveis ☺️ Desde que comecei este passadiÇo percebi que nao é apenas uma caminhada que faz bem fisicamente mas também faz bem a nossa memoria e imaginaçao ☺️
Ao longo do percurso ficamos sem palavras com aquelas paisagens e o som das cachoeiras era maravilhoso.
O percurso inteiramente em madeira que nos guia ao longo do caminho é totalmente seguro, a travessia é sempre junto ao rio e tem 18 km de extensão. O som do rio é suave e complementa a serenidade do ambiente.
Ao longo do percurso existem locais enormes que são paragem obrigatória. A Ponte Pedonal de Vizela. Esta ponte oferece uma vista incrível sobre o rio e tudo o que o rodeia. É um lugar incrível para uma pausa para um lanche.
Um dos aspectos muito positivos é que aqui parece que estamos todos consternados. Parece que a tecnologia ficou distante, então usei meu celular para tirar algumas fotos mas nem estava com a NET ligada. É um lugar para nos renovarmos e não um que queremos fazer num futuro próximo. Ao caminhar, encontro uma sensação de bem-estar que a natureza pode proporcionar.
Claro que depois foram vários caminhos, optamos por seguir por um caminho diferente, pois estamos pensando em voltar aqui e encontrar uma cachoeira escondida no meio da vegetação, um tesouro.
No caminho também conheci pessoas daquela região (que moram lá) e elas contam histórias muito legais. Um idoso parou para conversar connosco e disse como era feliz quando criança, brincando perto do Rio Vizela.
