Remembering our days in La Plata

When we started to plan our migration to Argentina, I spent a lot of time reviewing the options offered by the different cities near the capital.

Doing this investigations by the internet, I discovered the city of La Plata, capital of the province of Buenos Aires, I was fascinated by both the photos and the information about it.

Located an one hour train ride from the capital city, La Plata has an air of being a place left over from some time in the past.

Its imposing colonial buildings, some cobblestone streets and the multiple spaces to share outdoors make it a dream place.

One of the city's advantages is that its planning took into account the equidistant placement of parks and squares. So every four streets you can find a space to play, relax or have an outdoor meeting.

There are also many large squares for walking or biking.

The gastronomic offers are varied, and during our time there we were able to taste every day in a different place.

This city has everything to live, work and study (it is one of the cities with the largest university offer in the area).

On weekends there are always some free activities for both adults and children, so if you feel bored there, it is because you really want to be boring.
