Hi HIVEians! I hope you’re doing good! As I explained in this post, I want to share with you my traveling dream, which is to know at least one place in each province of my country Argentina. Today I’m going to tell you a little about a trip I made in the Rio Negro’s province ❤️.
¡Hola amigos de HIVE! ¡Espero que estén bien! Como expliqué en este post, quiero compartir con ustedes mi sueño viajero que es conocer al menos un lugar de todas las provincias de mi país Argentina. Hoy voy a contarles un poco sobre un viaje que hice a la provincia de Río Negro ❤️.
I visited the city of Bariloche in Rio Negro on two occasions. First, I am going to talk about my last visit, which was last year. We went to vacation, in the month of April. The city of Bariloche is a classic winter tourist destination. If they ask anyone which city they have to go to see snow, they will surely mention Bariloche. In it, is the "Cerro Catedral", which, in addition to being a mountain, houses the most important ski center in South America.
However, by the time we took this trip it was just beginning of fall, so there was absolutely no snow. But we were able to enjoy the greenest and most beautiful landscapes of all. The city itself is beautiful, has many businesses and is very busy. Nearby is Lake Nahuel Huapi, with its icy waters and stone beaches.
We also went to Cerro Catedral, but of course there was no skiing.
Visité la ciudad de Bariloche en Rio Negro en dos ocasiones. Primero voy a hablar de mi última visita, que fue el año pasado. Fuimos para vacacionar, en el mes de Abril. La ciudad de Bariloche es un destino turístico clásico de invierno. Si le preguntan a cualquiera a qué ciudad tiene que ir para ver nieve seguramente mencionan Bariloche. En ella se encuentra el “Cerro Catedral”, que, además de ser una montaña, alberga el centro de ski más importante de Sudamérica.
Sin embargo, para cuando hicimos este viaje recién estaba comenzando el otoño, así que no había absolutamente nada de nieve. Pero pudimos disfrutar de los paisajes más verdes y hermosos de todos. La ciudad de por sí es hermosa, tiene muchos negocios y es muy concurrida. En las cercanías se encuentra el lago Nahuel Huapi, con sus aguas heladas y playas de piedras. También fuimos hasta el Cerro Catedral, pero por supuesto no había nada de ski.
We also visit Cerro Campanario, where you access using a chairlift. From the top of the hill you can enjoy truly incredible views and there is also a cafeteria there in case you want to enjoy a snack.
También visitamos el Cerro Campanario, a donde accedes usando una aerosilla. Desde la parte superior del cerro puedes disfrutar de unas vistas realmente increíbles y además, allí hay una cafetería por si quieres disfrutar de una merienda.
Regarding my other visit to Bariloche, it is nothing less than the trip that I mentioned in my first post. It was the first time I made a trip away from home and it was for the school graduates trip, in August 2011. I was 17 years old, I was very young. On that occasion, most of my colleagues and I met snow for the first time. It was great. You can read more about this in this post where I tell you more details.
And of course, on last year's trip I had to go to the door of the hotel where I had stayed on my graduate trip to send a photo to my friends with whom I had gone. We promised to repeat the ride one day.
Y por supuesto, en el viaje del año pasado tuve que ir hasta la puerta del hotel en el que me había hospedado en mi viaje de egresados para mandarles una foto a mis amigas con las que había ido. Prometimos repetir el paseo algún día.
Respecto a mi otra visita a Bariloche, no es nada menos que el viaje que mencioné en mi primer post. Fue la primera vez que hice un viaje lejos de mi casa y fue por el viaje de egresados de la escuela, en agosto de 2011. Yo tenía 17 años, era muy joven. En esa oportunidad la mayoría de mis compañeros y yo conocimos la nieve por primera vez. Fue genial. Puedes leer más sobre este viaje en este post en donde cuento más detalles.
