MEMORIES IN SIARGAO

Siargao is one of the most beautiful island in the Philippines, also known as the Surfing capital of the Philippines. People all over the world visit this island because of its superb beaches, awesome people, and fun parties.

Here's one of the few shots I took with my DJI Mavic 2 Zoom:

DAKU ISLAND

cute name right? haha Daku means BIG, so it's a BIG island.

Siargao is truly one of my bucket list, and I'm delighted to say that I can scratch this off my bucket list. But! I would definitely go back, hopefully longer than a week. Me and my fiancΓ©, were able to enjoy our week there. Especially me, because I was able to do surfing for 3 days straight. Well, before We went to Siargao, I made sure that I've already conquered my fear with waves. So what I did, I practiced surfing in Dahican, Mati, which is also a nice place to practice surfing in Davao Oriental. So when I saw the waves in Cloud 9, where most people would go to surf in Siargao, I was so excited, and nervous at the same time. But mostly, excited! πŸ˜† The adrenaline rush!!

Sadly, I wasn't able to take photos during my surfing session because my phone went off and I didn't wanna go back to our apartment. Well, at least I've enjoyed my time with the waves. 😁 I even forgot to put sunscreen, and it got me deep itchy sunburn. 😁 Bruh.. my skin was so itchy for few days. HAHAHAHA dumb me! So when you plan to go to Siargao, make sure you bring your Sunscreen with you all the time.

Here are some more photos I took with my drone:

When I was taking these shots in Sugba lagoon, it was starting to rain, so I panicked because the drone will die. LMAO.. but I'm so happy that I was able to take it back, and of course thanks to my fiance for helping me getting the drone back safely. LOL

These 3 photos are taken by my fiance.

There were a lot of people in Sugba Lagoon, so I was so nervous to jump. Sugba Lagoon is where people would go to do cliff jumping. I took a photo of a random girl before she jumped off, and took some courage from her. And it worked! See, if others can. YOU CAN! 😊

Siargao is just small island, but a lot of gorgeous beaches. I haven't took a photo of some other islands we've been to, because I was like, I didn't go there just to take photos. I went there to ENJOY and HAVE FUN. Which I really did, MINUS the ITCHY sunburn tho. LMAO

Hopefully, this upcoming March 2022, I would be able to come back in the beautiful island of Siargao, with more extra money,, and more sunscreen!!! πŸ˜†
