Hello dear community, lovers of travel, a few days ago I had the excellent opportunity to visit the Pesquero beach for the first time, in the municipality of Rafael Freyre, of my province of Holguín, Cuba. Located in the Cristóbal Colón natural park. Where the two best hotels in my province, the 5-star Hotel Playa Pesquero Resort, Suite & Spa, and the 4-star Hotel Playa Costa Verde, are sharing this beautiful beach, surrounded by extensive tropical vegetation.

I went alone to spend a day and as soon as I arrived I could admire the beauty of the rooms of the Costa Verde Hotel, its striking colors and designs I loved. As soon as I arrived at the sand and raised my eyes to the beach, my senses were immediately enveloped by the overwhelming beauty of this coastal jewel, I was paralyzed, impressed, by a vision so surreal that it seemed like a dream, crystalline and pristine, the waters of this beach with a turquoise tone that I had never seen, crystalline, that shone under the radiant sun.

Contrasting with the dark clouds that could be seen in the distance, which seemed to correspond to a storm, which fortunately never arrived there.

I was so excited, that when I went alone and had no one to share what I felt, I couldn't help but talk to myself and express out loud: it is the most beautiful beach I have ever seen.

The sand also excited me, each step felt like walking on a cloud, since it is very fine, soft, and white. The shallow waters of this place are preferred for lovers of diving, since it is surrounded by a lot of coral reef, cliffs and exotic vegetation.

Something I loved about this was its tranquility, the few people who were there were mostly tourists, the music in low tones invited you to rest on the shore and enjoy the landscape. It also has the rental of canoes and catamarans.

For sports lovers, it has a beach volleyball court. I loved the small chapel that has been witness to many weddings celebrated in this place, a few steps from there

I could appreciate a bridge that passes over a wetland, which communicates the hotel with the beach, from where you can observe various birds and vegetation.

If you are not staying at the hotels, you will have to bring food and drinks, since the nearest place to consume is far from the beach, a kilometer more or less, in the bowling alley, the bar on the beach is only for guests at the hotel, which is a disadvantage for those who can not stay.

I hope you liked this beach, I invite you to know it and feel the emotion that I felt when I met it, I hope my next visit is to one of the two hotels located there. Visiting this place was an encounter with a coastal paradise that exceeded all my expectations. It was, without a doubt, the most fascinating and charming beach my eyes have ever contemplated.

Hola querida comunidad, amante de los viajes, unos días atrás tuve la excelente oportunidad de visitar por primera vez la playa Pesquero, en el municipio de Rafael Freyre, de mi provincia Holguín, Cuba. Ubicada en el parque natural Cristóbal Colón. Donde se encuentran compartiendo esta hermosa playa dos de los mejores hoteles de mi provincia, Hotel Playa Pesquero Resort, Suite & Spa, 5 estrellas y el otro el Hotel Playa Costa Verde, 4 estrellas, rodeado de una extensa vegetación tropical.

Fui sola a pasar un pasadía y desde que llegué pude admirar la belleza de las habitaciones del Hotel Costa Verde, sus colores llamativos y diseños me encantaron. A penas llegué a la arena y alcé mi mirada a la playa, mis sentidos se vieron inmediatamente envueltos por la abrumadora belleza de esta joya costera, me quedé paralizada, impresionada, por una visión tan surrealista, que parecía un sueño, cristalino y prístino, las aguas de esta playa con un tono turquesa que nunca había visto, cristalino, que brillaba bajo el sol radiante.

Contrastando con las nubes oscuras que se veían a lo lejos, que parecían corresponder con una tormenta, que para mi suerte nunca llegó allí.

Estaba tan emocionada, que al ir sola y no tener con quien compartir lo que sentía, no pude evitar hablar sola y expresar en voz alta: es la playa más hermosa que he visto.

La arena me emocionó también, cada paso se sentía como si caminata sobre una nube, ya que es muy fina, suave, y blanca. Las aguas pocos profundas de este lugar son de preferencia para los amantes del buceo, pues está rodeada de mucho arrecife de coral, acantilados y una vegetación exótica.

Algo que me encantó de esta fue su tranquilidad, las pocas personas que había allí en su mayoría eran turistas, la música en tono bajo, te invitaba a descansar en la orilla y disfrutar del paisaje. También cuenta con el alquiler de canoas y catamaranes.

Para los amantes del deporte, cuenta con una cancha de voleibol de playa. Amé la pequeña capilla que ha sido testigo de muchas bodas celebradas en este lugar.

A unos pasos de allí pude apreciar un puente que pasa por encima de un humedal, que comunica el hotel con la playa, desde donde se puede observar diversas aves y vegetaciones.

Si no se está hospedado en los hoteles, tendrás que llevar los alimentos y bebidas, ya que el lugar más cerca para consumir está lejos de la playa, a un kilómetro más menos, en la bolera, el bar en la playa es solo para hospedados en el hotel, lo cual es una desventaja para los que no se pueden hospedar.

Espero les haya gustado esta playa, los invito a conocerla y sentir la emoción que sentí al conocerla, espero que mi próxima visita sea a uno de los dos hoteles allí ubicados. Visitar este lugar fue un encuentro con un paraíso costero que superó todas mis expectativas. Fue, sin duda, la playa más fascinante y encantadora que mis ojos hayan contemplado jamás.
