The Village Location:
The exact location of this small village or Sitios is located in Linangga Manticao, Misamis Oriental and it is far from Provincial road. This place is surrounded with water comes from the river, and a high cliff located at the place. From Barangay Poblacion, it needs to travel a few minutes before it reach the place, not included the road trail were people will walk going to the Place. The travel fair from Barangay Poblacion going in this place costs 20 Pesos Each.
This areas contains lots of big trees just like Molave trees in fact most of it are planted by farmers here. It keeps the place cool and relaxing, lots of wild animals like birds and snakes. Those wild big trees can be found here are some of the hardest trees good for constructing porpuses. Approximately, there are 200 Molave trees grows here and some of it are already grows many years ago. As the elders told us about the history of the place, this areas was once a thick areas covered with Wild grass and lots of big Molave trees. As the first Native people lived here, they decided to cut those trees by burning down. And as many years has past until in Modern Generation were new Land owner owned the land, they already cleaned and removed the wild grass but the big trees still there.
Even if it is only a kind of village, this place is supported with electricity in fact this electric post was installed at the middle of the field. This cable of wires supported an electricity in Many houses not only here at the village but also in far flung places of Manticao particularly in mountainous Places.
A Coconut Field:
In terms of Agricultural activities, this areas is filled with lots of coconut trees, in fact this is one of the Primary source of income. The estimated number of those coconut trees are almost 500 trees and all of it produced lots of coconut fruits that can be harvested every two Months. According to the residents who lived here, this coconut trees has already grows 35 years already. This coconut field areas reaches almost 5 hectares of land and all of the place are planted with coconut trees.
This placs is also reach of wild grass in fact it is already developed into a cow ranch. Lots of cows can be seen here eating the Grass. This is a kind of wide and plain land that is why it is very perfect for having a cow ranch here. This is the reason why those farmers don't want to remove the grass it can help for their Farm raising animals like cows to have lots of grass to eat. This Place is slowly continued by its progressive in terms of agricultural acitivities. Aside of having a productive areas, there are also lots of wonderful views can be seen and found here.
