Hello again Hive users, I'm back with my second post on Hive, with all the excitement of showing some of the trips I've always done. And this time I show you part of the beautiful city of Washington DC at night, specifically the emblematic monuments of the city, as you can see in the pictures, places that are of my great charm for its infrastructure and history.
On several occasions, I had traveled to the United States, but I had never been to Washington DC, and I always had the intention of knowing it, until one day I went with a friend to spend a few days, and we came up with the idea of going to the monuments but at night, because I had always heard that it was a beautiful panorama of the monuments fully illuminated.
Hola de nuevo usuarios de Hive, regreso con mi segunda publicación en Hive, con toda la emoción de mostrar algunos de viajes que he hecho desde siempre. Y en esta ocasión les muestro parte de la hermosa ciudad de Washington DC de noche, específicamente los monumentos emblemático de la ciudad, como se puede ver en las fotografías, lugares que son de mi gran encanto por sus infraestructuras e historia.
En varias oportunidades, había viajado a Estados Unidos, pero nunca había ido a Washington DC, y siempre tenía la intención de conocerlo, hasta que un día fui con una amiga a pasar unos días, y se nos ocurrió la idea de ir a los monumentos pero de noche, porque siempre había escuchado que era todo un panorama hermoso de los monumentos totalmente iluminados.
Previously in my stay in Washington DC, I had already known the monuments during daylight hours, but at night it is totally fascinating, together with my friend we spent a magnificent night admiring the different monuments of the place.
All these monuments are located in the National Mall, which I understand is a national park, where you can find the great obelisk monument to Washington, capitol, the White House, museums and other places of great importance throughout the space of the National Mall, which the truth is very extensive.
Anteriormente en mi estadía en Washington DC, ya había conocido los monumentos durante horarios de día, aunque de noche es totalmente fascinante, junto con mi amiga pasamos una noche magnífica admirando los diferentes monumentos del lugar.
Todos estos monumentos, se encuentra en el National Mall, que según tengo entendido que es un parque nacional, donde se puede encontrar en gran obelisco monumento a Washington, capitolio, la casa blanca, museos y entre otros lugares de gran importancia de todo el espacio del National Mall, que la verdad es muy extenso.
Although in that opportunity at night time, I was only by the obelisk, the capitol and the great Lincoln Memorial, which poses very imposing, and you feel a different energy to be in that beautiful place. The weather was a little cloudy, and it looked like it was going to rain, but in the end we were able to appreciate part of those monuments, where many people also attend to have a good time, with the great view towards the obelisk, which is eternally illuminated at night, so that we all appreciate it in its maximum splendor.
Aunque en esa oportunidad a hora de la noche, sólo estuve por el obelisco, el capitolio y el gran monumento a Lincoln, que posa muy imponente, y se siente una energía diferente al estar en ese lugar tan hermoso. El clima estaba un poco nublado, y parecía que iba a llover, pero al final pudimos apreciar parte de esos monumentos, donde también asisten muchas personas a pasar un buen rato, con la gran vista hacia el obelisco, que se encuentra eternamente iluminada por las noches, para que todos lo apreciemos en su máximo esplendor.
I hope to show in other publications, other beautiful places of the city of Washington, as well as other places that I have traveled through the United States, which have a very striking interest for the attractiveness of their cities and landscapes.
