Trail (Quinta do PisΓ£o) with my friend @quiubi (En-Es)πŸŒπŸπŸš™

Hello adventurous friends!! again passing through one of my favorite communities and today I bring you a post in collaboration with my great friend @quiubi who we say is one of the most difficult trails in the Cascais-Sintra mountain range, it consists of a total of 16km circular that allows you to observe the best views of the protected mountain range of Sintra where we can get to the famous "Palacio da Pena". However, with this post we are going to show you with a lot of physical resistance that Portugal is the best country to spend a nice vacation!πŸŒπŸ€΄πŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈπŸ€©

Practically it was our revenge because we had already completed a sector of the Trail but we never completed it first due to physical condition, you need to have some resistance to complete more than 25km since when you get to the Fifth, which is the "end" you must walk more than 10km However, it is your choice in total, if you walk the entire fifth you would do a total of 32km in one day, which is a bit complicated in autumn where the sun sets at 5:45 p.m., I am excited because (Julieth= @quiubi) after inviting her to HIVE I finally started creating content! today the post WILL BE 50%/50% since we saw it was fun to do like a "meeting" where we both photograph and one would publish to divide the profits in part for our effort!πŸŒπŸš™πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ

More than 2km walkingπŸš©πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈ

At this point we had already walked more than km, the trail is more or less signposted, it is something that I mentioned to Julieth that there comes a height where if you get distracted you will get lost and you will have to turn back, so doing the trail early is a plus since you will probably You will get lost here! As this is the second time we passed the first part of the Trail, we remembered the crossings but from 4km onwards, which was where we finished, everything was new for us, including the landscape!.πŸ‘€πŸ§πŸŒ„

The challenge starts with 3kmπŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈπŸš™/ El reto comienza con 3kmπŸŒπŸš΅β€β™‚οΈπŸ§

I can't fail to introduce our two companions, my brother and his wife who today tried to keep up with us on this adventure xD, they actually did it very well! I think the most extreme trail I climbed in HIVE was 45km. I spent a whole day walking non-stop in a Guerreiros mountain range south of Lisbon, so I feel confident with my resistance! The problem is that the Quinta do Pisao trail becomes a challenge with every kilometer that passes, as an example here in the photos where we had to climb a small slope of slippery ground! It was already 1:00 p.m. so we were getting ready for lunch!πŸ€©πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸŒ„πŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈ

A delicious sandwichπŸš©πŸŒπŸ”πŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈ

It is impossible to do many kilometers without resting a little, here after almost 4km we sat on a stone in a village to do so we made a 10km detour because the terrain was too wet to eat and relax, after some sandwiches with meat and a lot of water We were ready to return to the path that, as you can see, leaves the urban landscape and enters dangerous and "strange" terrain, why strange??? you will see...πŸ‘€πŸ§πŸŒ„

Welcome to HellπŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈπŸš™/ Bienvenidos al infiernoπŸŒπŸš΅β€β™‚οΈπŸ§

This was unexplored and new terrain for us, we call it "the zone of hell" and the Sintra-Cascais mountain range suffers forest fires almost annually due to the negligence of the people who come here and cause these fires of hundreds of hectares in summer! The landscape becomes heavy and as you can see the green disappears for almost a km of walking! There are no animals, everything disappears and I think it is an opportunity to give good advice: take care of nature!πŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈπŸ“šπŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»

We returned to the trail route and to do so we must pass through a small village called Mermelheada famous for being an agricultural area and within the limit of where the mountain range begins, there are not many things around here but the landscape is fantastic we passed by a small stream Here we didn't make any stops, rather we intensified the walk because we were a little behind!πŸŒ„πŸ‘©β€πŸ¦―πŸŒ

Arrival at Quinta do PisaoπŸ™‡β€β™‚οΈπŸš™/ Llegada a Quinta do PisaoπŸŒπŸš΅β€β™‚οΈπŸ§

After the long walk we sat down to relax and try some delicious brownies that Julieth had made and boy were they delicious! We took some photos and were ready to go back and we were in a bit of a hurry because it was 3:00 p.m. and we only had two hours and little sun!πŸš©πŸŒ·πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’»

Thank you for joining me in this experience and as you could see in the photos we had a great time! Everything went exactly as we had organized, perhaps for another next outing we should leave earlier because on the way back it was already dark, however everything went well, Portugal is very safe! In total we walked more than 26km and we were surprised by the beautiful landscapes that the Sintra-Cascais mountain range hides.🌏🌷🚩🍍
