What a piece of adventure we lived today! As you can see, a Harry Potter exhibition arrived at the famous Obidos Castle in the northern part of the country, clearly as a fan of the Saga I would not miss the opportunity to take a magical walk through the streets of one of the most important walled cities for tourism. from Portugal, it was not only about visiting the magical event but also about visiting the city now in Christmas days when it is decorated very beautifully with lights everywhere!🌏🚩🏰

Everyone has their rituals and ways to enjoy the best family moments! We already have the tradition of visiting Obidos every year to enjoy all the new decorations and events that they usually put on in the city between December 24-30, so we couldn't miss it and take a walk through the colorful streets and for all the places that sell things you love in the walled city of Obidos which is inspired by medieval Portuguese for hundreds of years of history! I feel honored since I'm in hive I always publish my visit to the city and the new activities I do here!🎁🎊🎄🔮

Where we walk we will find many designs and evidence of tributes to those who fell in medieval battles and the era of the crusades, which is when some battles were fought by the first Portuguese king who belonged to the order of the crusaders before becoming the first president. from Portugal, the introduction of Catholic doctrine to the region was one of the benefits that the crusaders brought in their conquests, we can see several museums in the city including some tombs of soldiers👀🧭🌏
Por donde caminamos conseguiremos muchos diseños y evidencias de homenajes sobre los caidos en las batallas medievales y de la era de las cruzadas que es cuando se libraron algunas batallas del primer rey Portugues que pertenecio a la orden de los cruzados antes de convertirse en el primer presidente de Portugal, la introduccion de la doctrina catolica a la region era una los beneficios que trajeron los cruzados en sus conquistas, podemos ver varios museos en la ciudad inclusive algunas tumbas de soldados 😲🚙

I can't drink alcohol so I couldn't buy the traditional drink of Obidos which is the chocolate Ginga, you have all types of gastronomy here with the fishery being one of the strongest points but since we weren't very hungry we ate some of those style sweet potatoes Dutch with sauces and some non-alcoholic beers with butter and vanilla, but if you come here be sure to try all the possible chocolates!🥓🥩
No puedo tomar alcohol por eso no pude comprar la bebida tradicional de Obidos que es la Ginga de chocolate, tienes de todo tipos de gastronomia aqui siendo la pesqueria uno de los puntos mas fuertes pero como no teniamos mucha hambre comimos unas batatas de esas de estilo holandes con salsas y unas cervezas sin alcohol con mantequilla y vainilla, pero si vienes aqui no dejes de probar todos los chocolates posibles!🍻🍺

To enter the park you only have one chance a year and it is not known if the event will be held here next year, so I had to take advantage of it! The cost of tickets was 10 euros, despite being full of many activities, most of them were intended for a more youthful audience, however, in many of them you could ride without problem, such as the ice rink, the gorge and snow slide among others! As you can see when you enter you pass through that epic bridge that appears in almost all the movies!🏰🔮🧭
Para entrar al parque solo tienes una oportunidad al año y no se sabe si el proximo año se instalara aqui el evento por tanto tenia que aprovecharlo! el costo de entradas era de 10euros, apesar de estar lleno de muchas actividades la mayoria de ellas eran destinadas para un publico mas juvenil sin embargo en muchas de ellas podias montarte sin problema, como la pista de hielo, el desfiladero y tobogan de nieve entre otras! como puedes ver al entrar pasas por aquel puente epico que aparece en casi todas las peliculas!🎄🌏🍄
As we already know at Hogwarts the form of communication between the students and the outside world is the owls, of which at the event there is an exclusive place to see some of the species that were used in the film! We also signed up for a live show about magic and Christmas!🌏🎄

This is one of our favorite parts and when we leave the event we have to climb a very precarious staircase until we reach the walls which are fantastic and you have a 360 degree view of the entire Portuguese landscape! The most interesting thing is to be able to step on stones that were raised by Portuguese almost a thousand years ago, incredible, right?🍺🍻🏰
Esta es una de nuestras partes favoritas y es que cuando salimos del evento tenemos que subir una escalera muy precaria hasta llegar a las murallas las cuales son fantasticas y tienes una vista de 360 grados hacia todo el paisaje Portugues! lo mas interesante es poder pisar piedras que fueron levantadas por Portugueses asi casi mil años increible no?🚩🎄🎀
