Our Manager from my office took me and a friend this weekend to Logatec where all the action happened. Logatec is a town in Slovenia. It is on the path to Postonja from the capital city Ljubljana.

They have a track here dedicated to motorsports events and I was so lucky to have a chance to visit this event. Bascially our Manager is also a marshall for these events and needs to coordinate the race and ensure safety for the sportsperson as well as the fans that come to watch the event.
I was able to witness a lot of powerful cars. They also had tuned cars. The main attraction of the even was the super powerful cross karts which were powered by heavy motorcycle engines. They looked they were strapped onto rockets when they went around the circuit.

The cross kart racers are a different breed. They are hungry for speed.
Although it doesn't look like many spectators there were hundreds spread around the track.
A show taxi car to let the fans experience a bit of the thrill.
As a motorsports lover , my happiness could not be hidden.
Overall a great event. There were two different types of races happening. One within a certain class and then a separate race where all the classes were combined (mostly for the show). The only thing that exhausted me by evening was the harsh sun which did not hide behind the clouds the whole day. Anyway on the huge positive side I got to experience the adrenaline filled event.
