Stop seeking other people's compliments as a measure of happiness

Listening to what other people have to say is not always wrong. Sometimes there are words that make us feel motivated as if they are on the spirit of the soul. However, not all words that come out of other people's mouths are considered good. If any negative words sound negative, it is not right for us to feel small and have nothing in their eyes.

There are words that make us fall, don't swallow it. We must choose what is good and what is not good for ourselves.

Stop hanging happiness in the hands of others, be happy in your own way. The key to happiness can be achieved if we choose to stop being influenced by what other people say. Life will not always be surrounded by people who agree with us. They also don't always make us feel good. When we feel the world is cruel, that's a good time to endure.

Stop using other people's words as a measure of happiness. We deserve to be happy in our own way.

Other people will respect us more, if we can respect ourselves first. There are thousands of ways to appreciate yourself. Confidence and the courage to take a genuine attitude are just a few examples. Other people will tend to respect and think twice about doing whatever they want.

If we don't decide ourselves to start treating ourselves well, who will?

Not everyone will like us, and that's okay. Judging from the reality, of course there will be some people who don't like us. But it doesn't matter. It's everyone's right to like it or not, because sometimes it's not our fault. Don't be sad, we are old enough to think wisely.

Having a few people who don't like us doesn't mean the whole world hates us. Fostering self-confidence that there are still people who consider us valuable. That means we have to treat them well.

Dare to say 'No', because life is not just about other people's happiness. Often times, people agree to requests they don't even want. The reason behind this is because of the fear of losing others when refusing something that is requested.

Simple words that sometimes make us afraid to say them. In fact, if we live the way we want, we will be much happier.

Even if you want to change, make sure it's all to improve yourself, not to be accepted by others. The feeling of wanting to be accepted by others is the seed of trouble. Out there, it's not just one or two people who are willing to do anything just to get recognition. wanting to feel happy, the obsession with being recognized by others will overwhelm him.

Before we experience suffering, replace it with sincere intentions if we really want to increase. Why remodel yourself for others? profit will not be made.

Control the mind, not control the thoughts of people whose words always hurt the heart. However, we will not be able to control the mindset of other people. If successful, it will be very tiring. Taking control of your own thoughts will definitely be much more effective and rewarding. Shift your focus on other people to focus on yourself. By changing our mindset and exploring our potential, we will become more useful human beings.

There are some things we can care about, but paying attention to what others say that will make us fall is not one of them.

Smiling when happy and crying when sad are proof that we are honest with ourselves. Who has ever pretended to be happy? If we are one of them, promise us the last to deceive ourselves. Not expressing feelings that could be stressful. Never be afraid to look sad because you are worried that other people will tell you that you are weak.
