This is a gut-wrenching story ... I pray for both you and your daughter in the aftermath of dealing with a system that toys with the life of people for profit and kicks ... the nation has plenty of people looking for chattel to play out their fantasies of dominance with, and people struggling with addiction and their families are common victims.
AND YET ... I wish your daughter, and you, the best of long lives in your triumph over the evil you described!
