Today we are placing the Sanggah. This is the Balinese name for the temple of the land. It is also called Merajan in Bahasa Indonesia.
Workers have prepared a wooden pentagon about 430cm wide which represents the plan at scale 1 of the new Sanggah
The new pentagonal Sanggah will replace the old Sanggah still visible on these photos. We moved the spirit of this temple to a temporary temple a few days ago
Adi summarizes the meeting with this sketch which will become the construction drawing. We are using river stone foundations for this structure.
