Frog Prince! 🐸 Ribbit~

Hello! 🐸

So far, I made two jumpsuit friends already πŸ₯³ I feel like one more character will complete them, so I made another one hehe! Actually, this is a practice for me in clothing. Drawing clothes are very tricky, and should look organic. I learned that the folds of the clothes also depend on the thickness and thinness of the cloth. In anime art style, it is more forgivable compared to realism. This is my last jumpsuit friend for now. πŸ˜† Enjoy the process!

Here are my other artwoks, Shark and Dinosaur.

The flow of the foldings also depends on the pose and angle. In the initial sketch, I took time to do the lines, especially on the source of the folds. I also did the division lines for the proportion guide. For the lineart, I used thinner lines for the inner lineart. I thought of putting a crown, just for extra detail. πŸ₯³

For the base color, I chose a lighter shade of green, and then a darker shade for the zipper. I chose a neutral brown for the hair color and eyes. I gave more details on the eye like the shading and lighting.

I gave a subtle shine to the hair, as well as the frog's eyes. To make the jumpsuit more interesting, I gave some dark green spots on the frog's head, also an orange brush coz orange and green complement each other.

The last additional is the shadow. I just added another layer on the base color and trace the folds. πŸ₯³
