In front of the municipality there is a statue here of Dr. Jose Rizal, one of our national hero. Then there is a mini park.

While we were waiting to be called at our request of certified true copy of transfer title, I also took a picture of the City Health Office Tagaytay.
We are paying for the two copies of the certified true copy of the transfer of title at the second floor.
We rode the jeep going home.

The title of the land is an important thing in every citizen's house. Here in our country there are still many who cannot afford to own their house and lot, others are tenants. But there is a government agency that helps a person to have their own house and lot by paying monthly. Based on what I know, NHA and Pag-IBIG fund are two of these agencies. The transaction of transferring ownership of the land to the name of the new owner must be registered in the Registry of Deeds in the area where the land is located to obtain a new title .
This is the last part of my story on our walk to different places for title of land. We know that Tagaytay City is a tourist attraction because this place is cool and beautiful and here we are not to wander around but for an important matters.
Before we went home, we stopped by Robinsons, Dasmariñas to eat lunch at Chowking. Of course we need to eat because we are hungry from walking.

NHA Office - Here we used to pay monthly for the land we got.

Then next day we went to NHA at GMA Cavite beside it's municipality. We went there to get some of the documents we need in BIR like ID and certificate of the secretary, certified true copy of deed of sale and certificate or award of full payment. The person in charge said we already have the original but why is the BIR still looking for the certified true copy from us, (eh d wow🤣). This man we talked to are funny and kind. We ate at Jolibee after this.

After NHA we went the next day to BIR and then we were given a calculation of how much we will pay. I was surprised and in tears because on our way back, our documents were accepted. Then the tax is low. The following week we went to the bank to pay the tax. This my last update, we are going to BIR maybe on Friday. And it's our sixth time to go to BIR because will get the eCAR that we will present for the transfer of title to my parents name at Registry of Deeds. But we will call there first tomorrow if eCAR can be claimed. We go back and forth to the same places. So long patience is needed. Always have a bottle of water, candy, biscuits and especially money with you to accomplish the goal. This can also be a guide for my fellow citizens on how to do it step by step.
