Investing in Real Estate

Real Estates is a broad form of investment of which one is properties. Buying of buildings either to be let out as apartment or short lets or guest house or be resold after a particular period of time. Properties is a form of investment that the investor will not start making profit immediately. In most cases it is a long time investment.

Take for instance a real Estate investor buys a property of 150 Million. There is no way to let it out for 150 million per annum. In most cases it will be like 20 million per annum. That will take about seven years to make the capital. Also, in the space of that seven years there is possibility of some repairs and renovation needed. Sometimes, it might be some maintenance needed as well.

Before the property buyer starts making profit, it might take upto ten years in most cases. Except if it is a landed property that will appreciate within a space of two to three years.

In conclusion Real Estate is not a get rich quick form of investment. It is a gradual or should
I call it a generational form of investment that requires a whole lots of patience.
