Most of the time Chinese people love more meat in the dinner. So most of the time there are so many restaurant with Meats but very few with fishes. But as a Bangladeshi I love fish and it is very hard to find some restaurant with fish items.
Most of the people in Bangladesh they love fish because there are so many rivers in Bangladesh. Fishes are so cheap and it is one of the most available source of protein.
Even in my Canteen I can't find fish. Maybe in a week I can find only ones or twice. And also those fishes are not so fresh most of the time is frozen fishes for a long period. And the recipe is also very limited only one or two varities.
So I always love having dinner in some restaurant with fish. One of my favorite is a grilled fish with too much spices on it. But I love to have some varities.
Last week, I had dinner with two of my friends from Laos and Afghanistan where so many fish dishes were available. We have a great fish dish, a kind of catfish with much oil, so less amount of bones and so tender in nature.
As a Muslim I don't drink but two of my friends they love drinking. So they drank almost 14 bottle of bear. Meantime I drank one liter of fruit juice.
We had too much discussion and too much talking about our life in China because we all are foreigners here.
It was a great day to have dinner in Chinese restaurant with fish. And I am going to have dinner there again.
