I wasn't in a proper mood in the morning, but quickly had to do an about face because I was surprised by my supervisor with two trainees assigned to listen and observe me while I took phone calls today through Microsoft Teams. We work from home and training is done using Teams.
Four trainees haven't received access to a system for researching prescriptions so the class , although ready to move forward to mentoring one on one, are waiting on the rest of their class to get needed access. The calls were steady and systems were temperamental. I looked forward to quitting time.
My granddaughter came over with her boyfriend to collect the computer desk from the guest room. That room needs vacuuming and organized. I will look for another desk or something to store the items left with no home. I'm glad to help them out since we didn鈥檛 need that desk.
