Today is Wednesday, we are at the beginning of the night and the electricity is working, it has failed several times during the day, things that are already daily in my #life, so it's time to write and publish while I still have the service running. Today woke up with particularly cool weather, there was even fog (and that is something rare at this time of year in Venezuela), during the afternoon I went out to buy some groceries near home, on the way back I noticed that the water was coming by pipe, but the neighbor's pipe had been disconnected (I have no idea how that happened to him).
It was good that, when I returned, the water was just beginning to arrive, because I noticed the failure and I was able to notify the neighbor before too much was wasted, with the help of my brother the three of us began to repair the water can and we solved it to the best of our ability with the tools at hand. That saves us trouble, keeps the land from waterlogging, and prevents the waste of a much-needed natural resource. To a large extent, this repair event brings me to the ecological and conservation issue and proper use of resources, something very relevant for today when I review the ephemeris of #History.

Hoy es miércoles, estamos en el inicio de la noche y la electricidad está funcionando, ha fallado varias veces durante el día, cosas que ya es cotidiana en mi #vida, así que toca escribir y publicar mientras aún tengo el servicio funcionando. Hoy amaneció con un clima particularmente fresco, incluso había neblina (y eso es algo poco frecuente en esta época del año en #Venezuela), durante la tarde salí para comprar unos víveres cerca de casa, de camino de regresó noté que estaba llegando el agua por tubería, pero la tubería del vecino se había desconectado (no tengo idea de cómo le pasó eso).
Fue bueno que, cuando yo regresaba, estaba apenas comenzando a llegar el agua, porque noté el fallo y le pude avisar al vecino antes de que se desperdiciara demasiado, con la ayuda de mi hermano nos pusimos los tres a reparar el bote de agua y lo resolvimos lo mejor que pudimos con las herramientas que teníamos a mano. Eso nos ahorra problemas, evita que se anegue el terreno y evita el desperdicio de un recurso natural muy necesario. En buena medida, este evento de reparación me lleva al tema ecológico y de conservación y adecuado uso de los recursos, cosa muy pertinente para hoy cuando reviso las efemérides de la #Historia.

- #Recycle: transform waste into new products, now with physicochemical processes, which reduces the consumption of raw materials and can also reduce the cost of production in some cases.

Hago el señalamiento de lo pertinente de la idea de la conservación de los recursos, porque hoy es el ‘Día Mundial del Reciclaje’, una fecha establecida por la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura, #Unesco, durante el año 2005. Pero con el paso del tiempo la idea se ha complejizado y ahorra implica tres cosas a la vez, lo que se denomina la Regla de las 3R:

This selection of this event to comment, leads me both to the question of the repair we did today, and to the question that my brother usually does a lot of recycling with the things he has in his workshop, in addition to what he likes to do restorations and always enjoy giving a new life to old things. Esta selección de esta efeméride para comentar, me lleva tanto a la cuestión de la reparación que hicimos hoy, como a la cuestión de que mi hermano suele hacer justamente mucho de reciclaje con las cosas que tiene en su taller, además de que le gusta hacer restauraciones y disfruta siempre dando una nueva vida a cosas viejas. Eso me hace pensar que, en este sentido, los propulsores de las 3R, la organización Greenpeace, habría de seguro felicitado el espíritu de artesano y de reparador que él demuestra.
