I'm having a Sunday as calm as possible, after all, I like to take #life calmly. The personal and property security situation is not very good, so the fear of someone breaking into a large house like this, either to break into it or to try to invade and stay by force, is a plausible fear.
I didn't like the idea that we would have to face a problem like that. Luckily, nothing happened, but the concern continues, because the old tactic of 'taking a look' and then giving a real 'hit' is something that is seen a lot. Since we have no choice but to be alert, but we have nothing else to deal with the possible problem, we had to take it as calmly as worrying is not going to change the situation much. Como no tenemos más remedio que estar alerta, pero no tenemos nada más como enfrentar el posible problema, tocó tomárselo con la mayor calma, pues angustiarnos no va a cambiar mucho la situación. Así que, ya que no tengo mucho más que contar sobre mi día, creo que mejor voy a pasar a comentar sobre la efeméride de la #Historia que vi en el listado de hoy y que me llamó la atención.

Volviendo a Europa, que es raíz de la cultura occidental actual, ya para el siglo XI existían en distintas cortes reales e imperiales las recetas de galletas, pero su coste era tan elevado que era un #postre restringido para las clases altas. Ahora que lo pienso, tengo muchas cosas que contar, pero si lo hago la publicación va a ser demasiado larga, me tengo que limitar un poco. Digamos que, si bien la idea de lo que es una #galleta, y de entre ellas la más sencilla (la galleta de azúcar), es muy antigua, la creación de un día para su celebración es más bien reciente, e incluso diría que no es muy conocida en realidad.
En lo personal, me gustan un poco los dulces (sonrisa personal), pero sin exagerar, pues el consumo exagerado de harinas, grasas y azúcares no es algo recomendable para conservar la buena salud. Como sea, supongo que me gustaría celebrar la fecha preparando un pequeño #dulce en casa y compartir con la familia. Ya creo que he dicho lo que quería decir por hoy, así que me despido, deseando que tú estés bien y que nos podamos leer en otra oportunidad.
