It was a busy evening yesterday as we visited two locations in doing our job as precinct delegates. We stuffed literature into bags at one location, then visited another for an executive meeting with some keynote speakers.
We learned a very valuable lesson: the dozen or so people that were actually DOING SOMETHING at the first location were much more productive than the hundreds of people at the executive meeting where NOTHING productive got done. Just pats on the back and lectures from people we don't know.
We learned for next time: when there are two overlapping events, choose the one that is the most productive and stay there until the job is done.
Always learning!
