Today we drove to the nutritional doctor for a checkup on our daghter. We were running late and didn't have lunch already, so we had to get creative. I called ahead 5 minutes before the appointment and thankfully they were able to push it back about 15 minutes from the scheduled time. We were able to stop and get a quick lunch before making it to the appointment.
My daughter's issues have been mostly resolved, we're in the final stretch of these appointments. She's still off "shuuuuu-gerrrr" (as my daughter likes to say) but she can have dairy again. We're also introducing coconut sugar in small amounts, so she's happy about that.
She's also happy we stopped at a second-hand store and picked up some goodies for her and her siblings.
Sprouts
The sprouts are sprouting and they are looking about ready to eat.
@stdd was asking the purpose of sprouting, it is partly to see how the process goes, see how the sprouted beans will taste and hopefully acquire a fondness for this nutritious food and try other sprouts in the future.
My wife made omelets this morning and put some sprouts in it. It was very enjoyable.
