Motivation

™️

The reason you’re deeply sad and distressed isn’t because you’re broke.

You’re sad because you’ve lost sight of your purpose.

Brokenness is a thing, but it isn’t enough to whelm your soul with grief and your spirit with resignation.

You’re lost in a maze because you can no longer tell why you’re here; you wake everyday but your footsteps are directionless.

Your dreams now wield machetes, hence, you can no longer chase them.

Your goals are far from feasible.

You’re ill motivated.

You’re just floating.

But, just so you know.

It is okay to float, at least you haven’t sunk.

It is okay to not know what is next for you.

It is okay to worry and fret and tighten your fist in a fight against the snarling fangs of depression and deep seated aloneness.

But remember the days you were happy, and believe in your heart, that happiness will come again.

The constant reminder of your age will be the death of you.

Everything has its time: Pain, Ecstasy, Hurt, and Joy.

Enjoy or endure the times.

Knowing that things would again certainly brighten and open up for you.

The universe favours everyone; Saint, Sinner and Unbeliever
