I have shared in my last visit to Chaupati that I had spend a great time there with my friends by trying various dishes aka Street foods. They might be Street Foods but actually they are World Foods in my opinion. If you had a meal without any desert then that meal is incomplete. So for that we visited to a Shop of "Kulladh Milk Shop" ( it is a Shop where they serve you some High Quality Fresh Warm Milk in a Glass make of Pure Clay with a Thick layer of Malai/Butter with in it with garnished Almonds, Pistachios, Cashews, etc). I think only telling the ingredients is enough to make anyone's mouth wet who had already tried it atleast single time in their lifetime. It's taste is just Amazing, i never liked milk this much when I tried it at home, that's why they are famous for their quality. Hope, you liked it.
