I used to enjoy a variety of sports as a child, including volleyball, race, basketball, and even wrestling. I used to enjoy all of these sports until one day I stumbled upon gymnastics. And it felt as if I had been missing out on a lot by not starting to watch these sports.

Gymnastics is a sport in which athletes demonstrate balance,flexibility, coordination,strength, devotion, and endurance through physical exercises. Gymnastics motions assist in the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups
This are the things that makes this sports so fascinating. I've never tried these sports before because I know I'm not flexible enough, so I always tell myself that if I ever try them, I'm going to break my bones for sure. I'm not the type who enjoys participating in sports, but I do enjoy watching them, so I just watch and enjoy them.
My favourite techniques in gymnastic are
Uneven bars and balance beam
Balance beam
Balance beam requires leaps, flips, and turns on the narrow beam, and it amazes me how they maintain their balance after so many flips without falling.
Uneven bars
This method is performed on two parallel bars that are each positioned at a different height, one lower than the other and the other higher.
On uneven bars, the most common skills are release techniques, pirouettes, and circles.
During a release technique, a gymnast lets go of the bar and then re-grasps it. He can jump from the high bar to the low bar, the low bar to the high bar, or the low bar to the high bar.
