Hello everyone! Welcome to my second report for Team 1 on the ongoing Newbies Initiative.

So far, the programme has been progressing well. The newbies have shown great cooperation through their dedication to the live meetings on the Discord server and the timely submission of tasks. This task aims to assess their understanding of what they've learned and provide us, the leaders and tutors, with insights into their areas of improvement.

The second topic was focused on Hive Guidelines and Markdowns. This session was led by @nkemakonam89 ; she took her time to educate and engage extensively with our newbies on the usage of tags, markdown tools, and the importance of avoiding plagiarism.
We all know the importance of these aspects within the context of Hive.

In my last report, @ytunee, one of my team members, contacted me about the issues she's facing with her phone, which have been hindering her participation in the initiative and Hive in general. I empathise with her situation, as I know how frustrating that can be. Hopefully, she'll be able to join the next phase of the initiative.

@keecee failed to publish his task, I'm yet to know his reasons.

Generally, they all performed exceptionally well, especially in terms of meeting deadlines. I have to say, I'm really pleased with their performance.

ADVICE

One thing I've noticed about my team members is their formality and tension when engaging. I understand that it can be difficult to make a move on someone, but in Hive, we push beyond our comfort zones for greater achievements. A friendly comment on a post you liked or a simple "Hi" on the Discord server can kickstart a beautiful and long-lasting relationship.
By now, you should be able to communicate with your fellow newbies on the initiative without constraints. The benefits of connecting with like-minded individuals cannot be overemphasised, as it can lead to meaningful collaborations, shared knowledge, and a supportive community that uplifts and motivates you.

It's one thing to gain wisdom and another to put that wisdom into practice.
I will encourage you to implement all that you're learning in the initiative. Employing essential markdowns (such as justifying texts), tags, and plagiarism should not skip your mind while writing your content.

Besides that, I urge you all to keep doing what you are doing, and if there should be a change, it should be a positive one. Keep writing, keep exploring Hive, and remember to have fun along the way; it makes the journey easier and more interesting.

I want to express my gratitude to everyone contributing to the success of this program. To my fellow team leaders; @oluwadrey and @eunice9200, the tutors, the founder @starstrings01 , and the sponsors, your efforts and dedication to #newbieshive are truly remarkable and appreciated. Thank you all once again.

That will be all for now🤗

I'm open to corrections and suggestions.
