today I'm going to share a tasty new dish with fodies. We regularly found ourselves getting bored with the same old routine of vegetables in the kitchen due to the busy pace of our schedule. So I decided to offer a unique pulao dish I came up with today. Despite its simple preparation, this dish offers a pleasing amount of taste. Its key component is chicken. Ingredients

Rice | 2 glass |
Yogurt | 2-3 tb spoon |
Oil | 1cup |
onion | 2-3 |
Tomato +ginger garlic paste | 1+2 tsp |
Mix spices | 2 Tea spoons |
Dried coriander | 1 Tea spoons |
red chili powder+ salt+ turmeric | 3+2+1 Tea spoons |
chicken | 1/2 kg |
Preparation
Step 1
first of all, Take the 1.5 cup of oil, add chopped onion, fry it until color changes to brown.
Step 2
then add mix spices( cloves, cinnamon, cumin seeds) and fry it well.

Then I add chicken and fry it until color changes to brown.

now add ginger garlic paste in the chicken and fry it.

after that I add red chili flakes and salt.
Step6
Now add 2-3 tb spoon yogurt and mix it well.
add half teaspoon turmeric powder and then add 2 liter water.
Step7
then I add two tomatos, one lemon and 3-4 green chilies and cover the lid for 10 minutes.
Step8
after the boil came then I add water dipped rice mix it properly, sprinkle some dry coriander and cover the lid for 10 minutes on medium flame.
After 10mins when all the water soak out turn off the flame , the pulao is ready to serve.
enjoy it with yogurt raita or other sausages.
