Ingredients

Mutton | 250 gram |
chilli, soya sauce | 2-3 tea spoon |
Tomato, Egg white | 1+2 |
corn flour | 1.5 table sp |
ginger garlic paste | 2 tsp |
Black pepper,salt | 2 +1 tea spoon |
Peas | 150Gram |
capsicum ,carrot | 150 Gram |
vinegar | 1 tea sp |
Preparation
Step 1
first of all, Boil the mutton in 2 liter water for 40 minutes or till when it becomes much soft. add salt and ginger garlic paste during the boiling process.
Step 2
when the mutton becomes soft then I add a mentioned quantity of carrot, peas, and capsicum to the boiled mutton. cover the lid for 20 minutes.
Step3
after that separate the mutton and crush all the pieces.
Step4
now take 1.5 tb spoon corn flour and make a mixture of it in some water.
Step5
after that I add black pepper and salt in the boiled material.
Step6
Now add crushed mutton pieces in the boiled material.
Step7
add corn flour mixture gradually in the soup with constant stirring.
Step8
now add 2 egg white without yolk,and mix it well
This is final look serve it with chili and soya sauce.garnish with green chilli and lemon.
