Bitter Gourd with chick peas filling Recipe

Today I am going to share a new recipe for a bitter gourd uniquely. Bitter gourd is very popular in Asia due to its amazing health benefits and its good for diabetes and weight loss. This dish can be made in different ways. Here I am using chickpeas as a filling material, but you people also use other things than chickpeas, like chicken or mutton, etc. This dish has a straightforward preparation yet delivers a satisfying level of flavor. Ingredients

Bitter gourd 1 kg
Split chickpeas 1 cup
Oil 1cup
onion 2-3
Tomato +ginger garlic paste 1+2 tsp
Mix spices 2 Tea spoons
chicken boneless 1/3 kg
red chili powder+ salt+ turmeric 3+2+1 Tea spoons
Green chillies 2-3

Preparation

Step 1


First of all, Take 1 liter water , add split chickpeas and chopped onion in it.

Step 2


then add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, mix spices, cinnamon,cloves in water and then boiled for 15 minutes.

now add 200g chicken and boiled for 10 minutes.till all water soak out.

Then grind all that material .

Then I add chopped onion and green coriander, mix it well.

Step5

now clean the bitter gourd from inside and then fill this material carefully.

after that wrape a thread on all the bitter gourd.

now its time to fry them,
take some oil in a frying pan , add bitter gourd one by one and fry them when they change their color to dark brown then separate them in a plate.

After that fry the remaining material and then add filled bitter gourd on it.

now its ready to serve
