So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to end. We are currently on the second topic for this week which is “IN A DRUNKEN STATE”.

But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last topic which was “DIETING OR EXERCISES”.

This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about their thoughts on dieting and exercises, and trying to tell us which one was better for keeping fit and losing or gaining more weight as an individual.

We got to see varied opinions. There were those who liked the idea of dieting better because it was what worked for them. Others preferred to exercise instead. Meanwhile, there were those who preferred to combine both as that will always provide the best results.


For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w129e1 tag. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. STAYING IN SHAPE- WHAT WORKS BEST? by @princessbusayo


This author told us about how she engaged in regular exercises in order to reduce her belly fat. She also follows it up with a proper diet to make sure that everything is balanced. Because doing one and defaulting on the other would not give the desired results that she’s after.


EXERCISE OF DIETING, THE DECISION SHOULD BE MINDFUL by @amberkashif


For this author, she told us about how she took up exercises and it was able to help her stop gaining excess weight which had been turning out to be quite an issue for her. She believes that while exercise and diet should go hand in hand, it should be a gradual process, not something that will be forced upon anyone. That way, it will never work out as planned.


MAINTAINING BALANCED DIET IS EASIER TO ADOPT @saydie

For this author, he believes that maintaining a balanced diet is a better option to exercise especially if the goal is simply to maintain a good shape. A little exercise would also help with fitness goals. However, for basic things, it’s always something that a little discipline in our diet would easily solve.
