Delicious Desi Bhindi Piyaz !!!

So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative task and share it with our Hive family.

As usual, it was a hectic Sunday, I had to take my wife and my sister to my aunt's home, their son and his wife are going to Saudia Arabia to perform Umrah on the 10th of next month.

It is our Culture to go to their home to congrats them for this blessing.

Umrah and Hajj are considered the special blessing of ALLAH almighty and it is also considered that those who go to perform Umrah Or Hajj are specially invited by ALLAH almighty.

People living in my country, who have millions of bank balances but aren't invited to ALLAH house.

After Returning home, I decided to cook Bhindi Piyaz for Creative Sunday. Below is the recipe and procedure to cook Bhindi Piyaz.


Ingredients


  • 250ml Oil
  • Lady Finger Half Kg.
  • Onion 3 Pieces
  • Tomatos 3 Pieces
  • Lemon 2 Pieces
  • Green Chilli 8-10 Pieces
  • Salt 1 Teaspoon.
  • Crushed Red chilli 1 tablespoon.
  • Turmeric Half Teaspoon.
  • Dry coriander 1 Tablespoon.
  • Crushed Cumin 1 Teaspoon

Cooking Procedure


First of all, you need to chop the Onion Like this. You can cut it in any shape you want.

In the Second step, you need to cut the ladyfingers as shown in the picture. It should be cut like this, if you want to enjoy this dish to the fullest.

Now Cut the Green Chilli Like this. again Cut it like this to enjoy the full taste of this dish.

Now Mix both lady finger and Green Chill in one bowl.

After mixing squeeze Two lemons into the bowl containing lady finger and Green Chilli and mix them well with the help of a spoon. Be careful, don't mix it with your hand. Use a spoon, otherwise, your hand start burning because of the green Chilli.

Now add Oil to the Cooking pot and turn on the Fire to heat the oil for 2 minutes.

When the oil gets hot, put the Onions in the cooking pot and let it cook for five minutes to make them soft and light brownish.

After that add Tomattos to the cooking pot and mast them well so that they got mixed properly.

Now add all spices to the cooking pot altogether. Make sure to mix them properly as well.

You can see me adding spices to the cooking pot.

The next step is to add the mixed Lady finger and green Chilli to the cooking pot.

Mix all the things in the cooking pot with the help of the wood spatula, so that all the things got mixed properly.

Now cover the cooking pot and keep it on fire for 7 to 10 minutes. It's kind of giving it steam so that the Lady fingers get soft.

Here is the final look of the dish. It's so Yummy.

You can eat it with bread and as well as Naan according to your taste.
