  • To begin the preparation, wash the hake very well with plenty of water.

  • In a cauldron add enough water to cover the fillets and bring to the fire to cook.

  • In the meantime we are going to chop the seasonings, we start with the onion, we chop it in small squares.

  • Clean the onion very well and chop into small wheels.

  • Next, we dice the sweet chili pepper into small pieces.

  • Finely chop the parsley and cilantro and set aside to add at the end.

  • Now remove the skin from the garlic cloves and chop them finely.

  • Finally, and after having all the seasonings and vegetables chopped, we check the hake for tenderness and add all these seasonings to the fish.

  • We stir our stew and when these ingredients are integrated, we give a chance to pass a few minutes and add the seasonings and salt and pepper.

Finally and to give it more flavor we add the cilantro.

    • After a few minutes our hake stew is ready! We enjoyed a delicious lunch, you choose which side dish you prefer, we enjoyed a delicious and friendly lunch. I hope you like them as much as we do!
    • A thousand blessings.
