Today, for Creative Sunday, Iā€™m excited to share a fun and quick recipe for My-style instant noodles. My daughters love Korean food, so I wanted to give their favorite noodles a little Korean twist. I tried this recipe, and they absolutely loved it! Itā€™s an easy recipe you can make in no time.

Ingredients:

1 pack of instant noodles

1 onion, finely chopped

1 carrot, finely chopped

1 capsicum, finely chopped

2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon chili flakes

1 teaspoon vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 sachet of Maggi masala

Oil (for cooking)

Method:

Start by chopping the onion, carrot, afinely. You can use a chopper to make it quick and easy.

Boil the instant noodles with a little oil until soft, then drain and set them aside.

Heat a pan and add some oil. Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and sautƩ for a few seconds.

Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry them for 2-3 minutes.


Add Maggi masala and mix well.

Now, add soy sauce, chili flakes, vinegar, sesame seeds, and stir everything well.

Finally, mix in the boiled noodles and toss everything together until well coated.

Add again sesame seeds and mix well


Add oregano and mix well.


Thatā€™s it! Your quick and delicious Korean-style noodles are ready. Perfect for a Creative Sunday meal. Serve them hot and enjoy with your family!
