Shrimp Malaikari Cooking Ingredients :

  • Hot spices
  • Salt
  • Dried pepper
  • Bay leaves
  • Cardamom
  • Ghee
  • Onion paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Garlic paste

All of these ingredients need to be used sparingly and you need to use as many ingredients as you want to cook.

First you need to peel the shrimp and fry the fish in light oil. Once the fish is fried, the fish should be kept in a container. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste, dried chillies, hot spices, cumin, cardamom etc. Then the shrimps should be given through the seasoning. Then give adequate water and after giving water give adequate amount of salt. Then cover for a while and your shrimp malaikari is cooked. Pouring a little mustard oil after cooking makes it more palatable to eat.
