If you are in a job, you must have been given certain hours and you have to work only on certain days of the week and some get one day off or some get two days off in a week. It is often seen that most companies have five working days and two days off and in these two days the employees spend their time on their important work. However, there are some companies where you have to work six days a week and there are some good companies which make their employees work for the whole week and there is no provision of leave for them. However, this thing is absolutely wrong and also against the law because you cannot make an employee work for the whole week. Employees are forced to do this because they need their job and if they speak against the company saying that they are making them do too much work and are making them work beyond the stipulated time, then the company owners are rich people, so they will be saved but the employees will have to lose their jobs and it is possible that they may face difficulty in getting a job again.
This was about jobs and holidays, in such a way that if there is a four-day working week, what effect will it have on our lives. First of all, I want to say here that if a company has fixed a schedule of four working days, then it will have to increase the working hours of its employees so that they can complete their task. Whatever company there is, it works for some project or the other and it also has some fixed deadline for the project by which date it has to work, but if the working days of the workers are less, then it may happen that the workers have to work more every day, due to which more stress will increase on them and the load of more work will come. Due to more pressure, sometimes people catch some such diseases which are harmful for the health. It is often seen that private companies already make their workers do more work and those workers already take more stress because firstly they have to work more than their capacity and secondly, there is a load on them and they already work more than the time prescribed by law. So, in such a situation, if those employees have to work for four working days a week, then it is possible that their stress and workload can increase to a great extent and in such a situation they can easily catch any mental illness and they will not be able to give as much time to their family as they usually give to their family.
Suppose you work in a company and you work here from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, then you have worked for about 9 hours here and then you reach your home around 7:00 pm, you can imagine how little time you will have to spend with your family. If we talk about working days, then if this rule applies, then your working time will increase by about two to two and a half hours in a day and then you will leave your office at around 8:30, after that you will reach your home at 9:30, then you can imagine how little time you will get to live your life because you will wake up in the morning, go to the office, come back from the office in the evening and go straight to sleep after eating food. I agree that you will get 3 days in a week but the stress and work load in these four days will not allow you to work for 3 days, so at present there are only 5 working days because in this we get some time with our family.
If the government wants to do something, it can reduce the working hours a bit because I see that in private companies the working hours are very high and the work stress is also that much high and unemployment is such that no person can say anything because he feels that if we say anything then the rich people will take away our jobs and even the law cannot do anything to them. Therefore, I would just like to suggest that instead of asking for working days, the government should focus on the workload of the employee and also take some steps to reduce his stress.
