Usually I visit Vienna only for some wildlife photography in the City, since a lot of animals there are used to humans and it is easier to get some closeup pictures of ground squirrels, hamster, birds and other animals that live in the numerous green spaces in the City. But on one of my first trips there I did a lot of sightseeing and visited popular spots like the Austrian Parlament, the palace of Belvedere, Palace of Schoenbrunn, the DC Tower, the Inner City and the Zoo in Schönbrunn. It was a nice visit and I still remember that it was funny to be there in a bigger group of people. I was there with a friend and 2 girlfriends from Linz and we stayed for one night in a hotel so we would have more time to explore the city.
Back then I still did a lot of sightseening because some of the spots I saw the first time and it was definitely the first time I did some serious photography there. Equiped mit my Nikon D5100, a tripod and some Filter I managed to take some really nice pictures of the city and some important sights.
