The beautiful Sutaungpyei Pagoda is located close to the top of the holy hill called Mandalay Hill in the city of Mandalay. This hill is visible from most parts of the city. As far as one knows it was built around 1052 (but I am not sure). To get to here, you have to walk the 1.729 steps! There is a road, but the best way is to walk. Many people, both tourists, locals and devotees will often come here to watch the sunset. This photo is my entry to @photofeed contest @photofeed/photofeed-contest-cityscape-photography-round-72
