In it I have learned new things about coffee and also experience different ways of preparing coffee.
There is an espresso machine here, but it is still not working properly and I have been forced to invent ways to prepare coffee and it has had an effect.
But to get into context, today a client asked me for a coffee with milk, something very simple, of course, but I took advantage of this situation to try a method of making a frothy and creamy coffee with milk.
First I whipped 1 tablespoon of powdered milk with my milk frother until I created a homogeneous mixture.
Then that cup of milk I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to heat it up, but not that much, the intention is not to bring it to a boil.
Again, I took the previously heated cup of milk and whipped the milk until the desired foam was created.
And finally I added coffee, very pure by the way.
The result was excellent, a coffee and concluding that I can make marvels of coffee from now on with just a microwave and the whisk.
Of course, until they enable the espresso machine and I can specialize in the elaboration of coffee.
